What a gorgeous vintage find in equally gorgeous condition! Featuring chevron striping, black velvet covered buttons and a short zipper just below that, side pockets hidden in the side seams, velvet trimmed v-neckline, 3/4 dolman sleeves and a long full skirt. No information on the fabric, it feels like a combination of satin and possibly taffeta or taffeta like material. Label is marked Maxan. Depending on your height this may be a full length dress on you although you could have it altered to a shorter length. Measures small/x-small, refer to measurements listed. I see no flaws in this dress at all.
