This is such a gorgeous vintage dress!  It's a 'HARCO Original'.  Beautiful, beautiful condition, too!  It looks like it may not have ever been worn.  The material is either taffeta or taffeta like and has a subtle floral pattern on it.   Zips up the back and has a big full skirt, I have photographed it with crinoline underneath which is not included.  Measures small.
