Super rare find!  I could totally envision Twiggy in her super model days wearing this hat with her long thin legs glaring out from the bottom edges of a mini-mini skirt.  All black on the exterior in velvet and what feels like satin.  Inside it is pink.  About as mint condtion as you can get.  Mfr. is French: Chapeaux Du Monde.  Inner circumference is: 21"
