Totally retro top that is in such good condition, it looks like it has never been worn or washed.  Plaid colors with the main color being a muted turquoise.  Ties at the waist with a matching tie.  Label is marked Land n' Sea.  Made of Fortrel which is a poly/cotton blend and sized at a 36 which measures medium to large, please see measurements below.  Smocked stitching across the top, you can wear it on or off the shoulder.  This top is so cute!
