Vintage AVON domed ring with faux topaz accent in a goldtone setting.  It has a ring guard that expands or contracts to your finger, so it will fit a minimum of size 6.5 and a maximum of size 8.  It's in very good condition.  Diameter is 5/8" and dome height is 3/8".  It's quite lovely - I almost kept this beauty for myself!
