Totally retro blouse, circa early 1970's.  Big lapels and that retro look with white circles make this one cool shirt!  It's in fabulous condition, too.  No fabric or size tags remain.  Feels like a silky polyester type fabric and measures at a medium to large.  Model is a medium.  Belt not included.
