Fabulous circa 1970's vintage dress by Hal Ferman.  100% silky polyester.  Asian collar and a great retro print!  Nice accent on the midriff with the contrasting print inset.  Wide, almost bell sleeves, 3/4 sleeves.  This is a gorgeous dress on and it's in mint condition, too!  Vintage sized at a 12.  More accurately measures medium, model is a medium, see measurements below.
