Super cute 70's button down dress.  It's made from a lightweight polyester, length is above the knee.  Beautiful condition.  Tag reads: Serbin Traveler.  This was probably a "wash and wear" label of the time.  Belt not included but is available for purchase separately.  Measures a small to medium.  Bust is more of a medium but hips are a little slimmer than a medium by about 2", hence I've marked it as a small to medium.
