Oh so 70's vintage hankie dress with spaghetti straps.  This dress could easily be cut to a shorter length, to make it a tunic top or a baby doll dress.  Excellent condition.  Sized at a 5, measures S/XS (refer to measurements listed).  Label maker is 'Trolley Car'.  Feels like a polyester and it does have some stretch to it.
