Depending on your perspective, this could be the best of the 80's or the worst of it. :)  Since I'm putting it up for auction you can bet it has my vote for best of the '80's!  Strapless with flexible boned in corset styling on the front of the bodice, also a little ruched accent mid bustline, back of bodice is smocked and has lots of stretch, zips up the back, classic 80's drop waist and a two layered flouncy skirt, also classic 80's.   It's in excellent condition.  Made by All That Jazz, sized at a 7/8 but measures XS.  Feels like a cotton/poly blend.
