Beautiful vintage triple strand choker all done up in pink glass faceted aurora borealis beads.  Circa 1950's or 1960's.  Laid out end to end the first strand and extender + clasp measures 14".   Generally if you wear a size small or x-small, this choker would fit you.  It's in fabulous condition except that it lacks the last bead on the extender.
