Gorgeous pink party dress circa 1960's by Debby Ross of California.  It's in beautiful condition.  Zips up the back and features a lace and chiffon gathered and fitted bodice followed by a layer of crinoline in the skirt overlayed with a layer of chiffon.  Just gorgeous!
