Wow, get set for spring and summer in this eye popping vintage designer dress by Anne Fogarty.  Features a fitted bodice and pencil skirt in a solid yellow overlaid with floral chiffon.  The chiffon skirt is fuller, giving the illusion of a fuller skirt over the pencil skirt.  Zips up the back, lined hidden hip pockets, a little tie in the back.  Beautiful condition, a couple of tiny stains on the under layer that cannot be seen when worn.  Gorgeous colors!  No fabric or size tags.  Measures an XS, refer to measurements listed, this is for a small waist.
