I love the sweet & sexy simplicity of this dress.  Just gorgeous!  Empire waist dresses are among the most flattering and with the wide band the rest of the fabric just flows over the hips.  It's in super fine condition.  Long zipper up the back.  Lots of fabric variety with polka dots on top leading down to varying sizes of blue and white checked patterns.  White crochet accent.  Mfr. is Young Innocents by Arpejs.  No fabric tag, feels like a cotton/poly blend and no size tag, measures small/xsmall - see measurements below.
