Pretty circa 1960's black slip by Form Fit Rogers.  Beautifully detailed eyelet lace accent at the hemline.  Material feels like a taffeta.  Vintage tagged a M/12-14/short.
Measures a small though more like a size 6 than a size 4.  Refer to measurements listed.  Gorgeous condition, either never worn or gently worn.
