Classic vintage Lady Manhattan button down blouse.  Lace trimmed collar and sleeve ends.  Beautiful condition, either not worn or very gently worn.  Tagged a medium, because of the bust size at 40", measures more of a medium/large.  No fabric tag, probably a cotton and dacron blend.
