This is such a cute pair of ankle high rain boots with the metal buckles just like they had in the 1960's.  Red rubber with a very soft, warm and comfortable insole.  They are in excellent condition.  Popcorn brand, made in Korea.  Size 9 and measure narrow.  These are to be worn without shoes.
