Sweet, fancy vintage petticoat panties by Eppie.  This is a hard to find vintage lingerie line.  Pretty yellow nylon; legs are two layers of opaque and sheer nylon with lace appliqued roses and finished off with a hem of satin ribbon.  Just lovely!  Double layered nylon gusset.  Clean, unstained, beautiful condition.  Sized a 36.  Hips measure 36" and waist can comfortably go from 22" to 26", making this an x-small to small or about a size 2/4.  15" long from top to bottom.
